The city of Pacifica held its first Rocket Run since the onset of the pandemic and four dozen local athletes made their way from the Community Center to Fronteirland Park in time for Fourth of July festivities.

The overall male winner was Marcus Balisteri, who competed in the 14- to 19-year-old division, and finished with a time of 32:32.15. Lauren Matheau, competing in the 30- to 39-year-old range finished in 33:10.87 and was the overall winner among female competitors.
