I just drove south then north on Palmetto Avenue and I counted 14 RVs and campers parked on both sides of the street. Some are so wide that I had to cross the center line to drive past safely.
I don’t believe that the (Unhoused Pacifica) task force or City Hall are actually doing anything to rectify this problem. What’s it going to take to get these vehicles off the street, an accident? I know other neighborhoods are also experiencing the same problem. We are taxpayers who pay your salary. These freeloaders pay nothing. It is far past time that you took care of the taxpayers.
