Neighbors on Seaside Drive wanted a safe, but fun, Halloween activity this year. Lizelle Keane, along with the help of Cristal Barrera and Michelle Gray made it happen. It started with a socially distant parade as families walked the length of Seaside. Kids of all ages dressed as their favorite character or creature. Quite a few adults joined in with costumes too. Along the way, neighbors set out candy in creative ways, and the kids had fun finding treats on fence rails, spider webs and other displays. After dark, neighbors spread out to watch an outdoor movie on a big screen.
